Our technicians will visit and survey your property, we advise that in regards to 360 degree 3D virtual tours the property is tidy and all personal documents be out of site prior to recording . Our technician will assess how to perform the tour and once completed will return with the footage ready to edit and stitch together, this process will take between 24 and 48 hrs. We will then supply a URL link for the 360º virtual Tour which can be applied to listings your listings or social media. In regards to EPC's, the Energy performance certificate is assessed and all information submitted the same day, therefore we can supply all EPC's upon the day of the visit and most visits can be made within 48hrs of your request.
